Tom Barras
Tom graduated from Cardiff University where he developed his knowledge of various musculoskeletal conditions and their treatments. His patients have considered him to be a very 'friendly', 'enthusiastic' and 'attentive' physiotherapist, and was highly praised by a CQC inspector for the care and support they received from him throughout their treatment. He loves problem-solving and is a big supporter of 'hand-on' physiotherapy treatments. As well as being an accredited Chartered Physiotherapist, he is also a qualified Nutritional Adviser, regulated by the Federation of Holistic Therapists. Outside of work, Tom is a keen rower and shows his dedication by training 3x daily in order to help him achieve his dream of competing at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. He previously represented Great Britain in World Championships at both Junior and U23 level. In 2017, he won the Bronze medal for Team GB at the World Rowing Championship at Sarasota, and became only the fourth Briton ever to win the men's equivalent.
